The Police & Crime Commissioner, or PCC, is responsible for holding the Chief Constable to account on behalf of the people of Cheshire.
The role of the Police & Crime Commissioner is to ensure that the police service in Cheshire is efficient and effective, and to hold the Chief Constable to account on your behalf. It is essential that we gather your views to set the Police & Crime Plan, police budget and council tax precept for policing.
