A survivors story: finding support through Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Centre (RASASC)

A survivor tells her story of using RASASC services (Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Centre) and how their support helped her through a very difficult time in her life. Seeking help is strength, not a weakness. Her story is a reminder that help is available - and no one has to face it alone.

Seeking help can feel like the hardest step – but for this survivor, it was the start to taking back control. With support from RASASC, she felt listened to, believed and most of all empowered on her journey.

RASASC is a specialist service that is commissioned by Dan Price, Cheshire Police and Crime Commissioner, ensuring survivors across Cheshire can access the support they need.
