Supporting phone-free education in schools

Creating a phone-free school environment can feel like a big step. But it doesn’t have to be a difficult one.

This toolkit is designed to support schools at every stage of the journey, offering practical resources, clear guidance and real world examples to help you introduce and sustain phone-free education with confidence.

Whether you’re exploring the idea, planning your rollout or refining existing practice, you’ll find tools here to support staff and communicate effectively with parents and carers. Our aim is to help schools maximise learning time, improve wellbeing and create calmer more focused spaces where young people can thrive without unnecessary distraction.
