One of the Police and Crime Commissioner’s responsibilities is to hold the Chief Constable to account for maintaining an efficient and effective police service in Cheshire.
The Commissioner undertakes this role at Scrutiny Board. These meetings consider performance against the priorities identified in the Police and Crime Plan as well as a wide range of performance information relating to all aspect of policing.
